ABOUT US
The Fat Lamb Family is currently based in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. Throughout 2018 to 2020, we rescued four lambs named Marshall, Marsha, Martha and Dottie and took them into our home. After many years of much love and maybe a little too much food, they became our “Fat Lambs”. In August 2022, we cemented it as our business name, much to the delight of our customers, friends and family.
We’ve been travelling to Bali for over 20 years and consider it our second home. We fell in love with Seminyak instantly and wanted to call it a place of our own. We’ve now been in Bali Real Estate for over 12 years starting with our original Villa Sunny & Villa Yati. Since Bali re-opened after COVID, we’ve purchased a further four Villas in our beloved Seminyak for you to enjoy.

​Villa Sunny is located in a laneway off Sari Dewi, a five minute walk from the main street of Seminyak and a ten minute walk from the beach. Our other five Villas are located in a quiet laneway off Jalan Kayu Aya, in the heart of Eat Street with a multitude of dining and shopping options on your doorstep.
