TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
We’ll endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your reservation enquiry to provide confirmation of availability, rates and terms of payment.

 

BOOKING DEPOSIT
Due to high demand, our Villas are often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation, we will require a 25% deposit in AUD.

 

MINIMUM STAYS & RENTAL RATES
We require a minimum of 4 night stays at our Villas depending on demand and availability. Shorter stays can be requested and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Our rental rates are subject to change without notice.

 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We offer FREE Airport Transfers to and from our Villas included in your booking (minimum 4 night stay). We understand that everyone can’t be on the same flight, but if we are requested to pick up guest/s at different arrival times, this may require a $25 AUD fee for each car required to attend the airport.

 

GUESTS

Villa prices are based on Villa’s guest numbers. An extra charge of $25 AUD/night per person.

Children under 6 are free. Children over 6 are classed as adults when booking.

 

CHILD SAFETY EQUIPMENT

We offer a complimentary portacot, pram, and car seat (Australian Standard) with your booking if required. We can also install a temporary pool fence for your child’s safety for $20 AUD per day.

 

CHECK IN /CHECK OUT

Our Villa check in is 12.00pm and check out is 4.00pm. Late checkout can be arranged in advance or through our Villa Manager. We’ll do our best to accommodate late check out request depending on availability. If required, checkout after 4.00pm will incur a $80 AUD.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to your arrival are fully refunded, within 2 weeks the refund is 50%, less than 2 weeks there is no refund available. If you are unable to travel due to a positive Covid result, there will be no refund so please check that your insurance policy covers you for this. If your flight is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will look into each incident individually in regard to refunds.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit. This should also include Covid cover, medical, evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Fat Lamb Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
